  Annabelle helped me and my husband pick out the best dinning-room table and couch last night. She was awesome and gave us our space while we shopped around. When it came time to purchase she was quick and informative, she was even able to give us estimate payments when we were shopping around so we knew what we could afford while walking around. This is my 3rd purchase with MOR and I can say I will definitely be back I love their Furniture Thank You Annabelle

  I'm not the type to write a review for anything but I thought this could help other people with the horrific experience I've had with this company. I went into the store to buy furniture and spent over $3500 on a new bedroom set mattress. The sales person was wonderful to work with but unfortunately their customer service department and their warehouse are a nightmare to deal with as well as the delivery people. To start off the furniture came initially damaged and only two pieces were left there were undamaged. They left with the damage pieces and rescheduled me for two days later to be delivered again. Upon delivery the dresser was missing the legs and the mattress was filthy with grease stains all over it. The delivery people try to bring the mattress and cleaning up the mattress and I clearly told him no I'm not excepting damage furniture. They told me they could put me on the schedule for an evening/night time delivery so I reluctantly agreed. I was supposed to get a call an hour before delivery instead nobody called and they just showed up at my door at 10 o'clock at night to deliver a mattress and legs for a dresser. But apparently they didn't bring the legs for the dresser so I had to reject the delivery because if I would've excepted it it would've showed my delivery is complete because nobody noted in the system that the legs were missing. I've had numerous phone calls with customer service and the warehouse and managers and supervisors and nobody seems to help they've tried to come to my house for the fourth time and took it upon themselves to reschedule the delivery again without even notifying me after I took the day off from work. Had I not called this morning to find out about the schedule delivery I never would've been known that it was rescheduled without my knowledge. Buying new furniture supposed to be a fun experience this is been a complete nightmare. I will never shop at the store again and I would never recommend anybody to shop at the store again because these people do not know what the heck they are doing. I work in sales and customer service so I know how to work with clients and customers and these people clearly don't know what they're doing.

  Trina was very nice, and very helpful! We had not planned on going into Mor, but glad we did. She is very knowledgeable, answered all questions, and was very quick checking on hand inventory for us. Love that we were able to get delivery & haul away included, and financing was as easy as could be. Thanks, and we'll be back
